Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking skilled and energetic HVAC Comfort Advisors to join our team of dedicated professionals! We are committed to delivering exceptional heating and cooling service and outstanding customer experiences every day. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance, present customized HVAC solutions, and ensure each homeowner receives the highest level of service. This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. We are passionate about growing our business through long-term relationships with our customers, team members, and community and we’re looking for team members who share that same dedication.

Compensation & Stability

Guaranteed Weekly Pay

Uncapped Commission – earn $100K to $200K+ annually

Full-time, year-round work

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Present customized service options, product features, and financing plans professionally.

Build trust and strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining profit margins.

Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and integrity.

Use company-provided tools (iPad, CRM, etc.) to document and manage sales activity.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain a clean, professional image and a positive attitude on every job.

What It Takes to Succeed

Proven success in in-home or relationship-based sales

Experience in HVAC sales with a customer-first consultative approach

Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and value-added benefits

Strong communication, integrity, and follow-through

Comfortable working evenings/weekends to meet customer needs

Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools (CRM/iPad usage)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
