Responsibilities
Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, solving problems and building trusted relationships.
Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to decide on the best pest solution.
Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, using a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
No experience required – we’ll train you.
Physical Requirements
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
Willing to work in various weather conditions.
