As an Orkin Home Sales Inspector, you will pitch top‑notch protection from the industry leader with more than 120 years of experience. You’ll help homeowners protect their most valuable asset and have the opportunity to maximize your financial potential with high‑performance sales skills. Responsibilities
Analyze Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solving problems and building trusted relationships.
Listen to needs, clearly explain practical solutions, and win over customers with confidence and care.
Prospect new business and use assigned leads, supported by a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
Inspect interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad. Training will be provided.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to obtain necessary pesticide license/certification (company paid)
Independent field work and customer interaction skills
Physical Job Requirements
Use ladder within manufacturer weight capacity
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc.
Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required
Work in varying weather conditions
