Responsibilities
Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
Perform 360‑degree inspections of homes—from attics to crawl spaces— and solve problems to build trusted relationships.
Listen to customers’ needs, explain solutions clearly, and close sales with confidence and care.
Prospect new business and pursue assigned leads using Orkin’s advertising budget.
Schedule and conduct sales appointments in customers’ homes, explaining products and services.
Inspect interior and exterior of homes (training provided).
Make recommendations based on findings, address questions and set expectations.
Prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad and maintain organized records.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact positively with customers.
