Responsibilities

Serve as a problem solver for customers using in‑depth training to recommend the best pest solution for each need.
Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home—training provided.
Make recommendations based on inspection findings, address questions, explain the process, and set expectations.
Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad—training included.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
Work Environment
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
Willing to work in various weather conditions.
