About the Role:

You’ll be the front line of support for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers — coordinating services, verifying insurance, entering orders, solving problems, and guiding customers with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (college credits or degree preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications. A self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
