We are seeking a motivated Service Representative with insurance or related client service experience who enjoys helping clients, takes pride in accuracy and follow‑through, and wants to continue growing in the insurance profession. This role works exclusively with existing clients; it is not a cold‑calling or outbound lead position. While service and client satisfaction are the primary focus, Service Representatives also play an important role in identifying coverage needs, supporting retention, and contributing to agency growth through referrals, reviews, and life insurance conversations.

Compensation

Total compensation range: $48,000–$65,000, based on experience and performance.

Includes base pay plus performance‑based incentives tied to service quality, client retention, reviews, and internal growth.

Licensing support, paid training, and ongoing coaching provided.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to existing clients through professional, timely communication.

Review client policies to identify coverage gaps and opportunities to improve protection, including life insurance.

Process policy changes, billing inquiries, underwriting requests, and claims support accurately and efficiently.

Maintain clear, compliant documentation for all client interactions.

Build strong client relationships that support retention and generate referrals and positive reviews.

Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and team success.

Requirements

Prior insurance or related client service experience required (agency experience preferred).

Active insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing quickly.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability.

Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and improve.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
