Job Description We're seeking a high-energy
Automotive BDC Representative
to join our team! As a vital member of our Business Development Center, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Your role will be focused on setting quality appointments, following up with internet and phone leads, and helping qualified traffic into the dealership.
Daily Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
to service prospects
Respond to all internet leads, inquiries, and follow-ups via phone, text, and email
Confirm and schedule appointments, ensuring maximum show rates
Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM (DriveCentric)
Work closely with the sales team and managers to pass along qualified opportunities
Follow dealership scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements
Prior experience in a high-volume call center or BDC is preferred
Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Basic computer and CRM navigation skills
Reliable attendance is
non-negotiable
Available to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends
