Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound sales calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Ask questions to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicles and sales consultants
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team
Consistently follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to drive show appointments and sales opportunities
Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
Achieve contact, appointment, and show goals as outlined by the BDC or sales manager
Review your performance regularly (daily/weekly/monthly) to continuously improve results and time management
Requirements
Previous BDC, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
Comfortable using technology; training provided on all dealership tools and software
Strong customer service skills with a confident, friendly phone presence
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
