Legal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

Answering phones professionally, filing physical and digital records, and copying documents.

Correspondence:

Preparing letters, drafting emails, and creating overnight shipping labels.

Tech Management:

Operating scanners, printers, and postage machines efficiently.

Real Estate Support:

Learning how to open new files and retrieving necessary items from various websites.

Qualifications & Skills We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their work and appearance. Success in this role requires a polished, professional demeanor. Furthermore, the ideal candidate offers stability, reliability, and professional maturity.

Required Skills

Technical Proficiency:

Strong command of Microsoft Outlook and Word is essential. You must also be comfortable with internet research and general office equipment.

Adaptability:

A genuine willingness to learn new processes and skills is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in an office administrative role.

Prior work history in a law firm or real estate office is a significant plus.
