Seeking an experienced
Real Estate Legal Assistant
to support a team of attorneys in a busy and collaborative Real Estate practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of law firm experience, a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, and be proficient with iManage and Texas Secretary of State filings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level legal administrative support to attorneys handling a wide range of real estate matters
Proofread, edit, and manage documentation related to leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing and lending documentation, and closing materials
Coordinate and process Texas Secretary of State filings and other transactional documents
Assist in preparation for real estate closings, including reviewing checklists, gathering required documentation, and maintaining timelines
Utilize iManage document management system for organizing, saving, and retrieving files
Coordinate client intake, new matter openings, and conflicts checks with internal administrative teams
Support attorneys with monthly billing, time entry, and matter management
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and reminders for key transactional dates
Communicate effectively with clients, title companies, and internal departments
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of real estate legal assistant experience in a law firm environment
Proficiency with iManage or similar document management systems
Experience with Texas Secretary of State filings
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and related documentation
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
