LHH is proud to partner with a well-established Orlando law firm to recruit a skilled Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys supporting a busy transactional practice and contributing to meaningful, high-impact work. We’re seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. If you excel at anticipating needs, managing details, and providing dependable support to attorneys, this role may be a perfect fit for you. Responsibilities

Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and external partners Coordinating attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing deadlines Assisting with timekeeping, billing entries, and expense reporting Tracking and processing invoices Drafting, reviewing, and editing real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and conveyance documents Preparing and reviewing closing statements, wire instructions, and disbursement requests Working with attorneys and paralegals to organize closing checklists, closing packages, and post-closing binders Maintaining accurate electronic and physical transaction files Preparing local and state permitting applications and supporting lobbyist registration filings Performing additional administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications

3+ years of Legal Assistant experience

in commercial real estate or a related transactional practice (required) Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and PDF tools Experience with

legal document management and accounting systems

(iManage preferred) Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to manage changing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Florida Notary
