Leasing Agent - Chapelwood Place Hayes Gibson Property Services

Provided Pay Range This range is provided by Hayes Gibson Property Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr

Principal Objectives of the Leasing Agent Property Management: The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.

Client Service: The Leasing Agent is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service.

What You’ll Do

Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents with a warm and friendly demeanor, help them find their ideal home, and guide them through the leasing process.

Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence.

Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain availability of units.

Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For

Customer‑Centric Approach: You love working with people and have a strong focus on delivering top‑notch service.

Communication Skills: Your ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management is key.

Sales Skills: You’re comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals.

Organization & Attention to Detail: You’re able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly.

Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Work Hours & Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with flexibility.
