Description Principal Objectives of the Leasing Agent
Property Management:
The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with regulated affordable housing programs, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.
Client Service:
The Leasing Agent is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service.
What You'll Do
Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents warmly, help them find their ideal home, and guide them through the leasing process.
Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence.
Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and maintain availability of units.
Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing concerns promptly.
What We're Looking For
Customer‑Centric Approach: Love working with people and strong focus on delivering top‑notch service.
Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management.
Sales Skills: Comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals.
Organization & Attention to Detail: Manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly.
Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Work Hours & Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with flexibility.
