Are you highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about the beauty industry? A leading luxury beauty brand is seeking a
dynamic Executive/Personal Assistant
to support its Founder in both professional and personal capacities. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a high‑profile entrepreneur in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and itineraries (domestic & international).
Provide hands‑on personal support, including packing for travel, coordinating appointments, and assisting with influencer‑related activities.
Collaborate with brand leadership and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of initiatives.
Handle errands, wardrobe coordination, and occasional content filming.
Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as an EA/PA or similar role (experience with high‑profile individuals a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
Tech‑savvy with proficiency in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible mindset – comfortable with travel (approx. 50%) and occasional evening/weekend requests.
Strong communication skills and a passion for beauty.
