Service BDC Representative
to join our Service Team.
Your job will revolve heavily around providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a bright personality and prior experience operating a phone system and computer.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
Schedule customers into our online system efficiently.
Assist customers with rental vehicle arrangements.
Deliver world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced work environment.
Conduct proactive outbound service scheduling and follow‑up.
Answer service calls and manage email correspondence.
Service BDC Representative Benefits and Compensation Compensation:
Up to $28.00 per hour , depending on experience.

Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
