With business booming, we are interested in adding a motivated Service BDC Representative to our Service Team. Our Service BDC Representatives play a key role on our team, acting as the face and voice of our Service Department. Your job would revolve heavily around providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate would have a bright personality and previous experience operating a phone system and computer.
Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
Scheduling customers into our online system efficiently.
Assisting customers with rental vehicle arrangements.
Delivering world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced work environment.
Proactive outbound service scheduling and follow‑up.
Answering service calls and managing email correspondence.
Service BDC Representative Benefits and Compensation Compensation: Up to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience. On top of competitive pay, we are proud to offer:

Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role is preferred.
