Electric Pump and its family of companies have been in operation for the last 46 years, providing fluid handling equipment to our customers in the industrial, municipal, and environmental markets. We are the largest pump service organization in the upper Midwest, with eight locations in seven states and approximately 135 employees. Our offices have a friendly, laid‑back environment. Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative position develops, maintains, and interacts primarily via phone and electronic communication with new and existing customers within the water, wastewater, and industrial markets to increase sales of products and/or services. The role designs sales strategies that demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability. Essential Functions
Handle incoming customer and outside sales inquiries via phone or email, providing product information, pricing, and availability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently using company ERP and CRM systems. Maintain a strong understanding of product lines, applications, and system technologies. Collaborate with the outside sales team to manage accounts, follow up on quotes, and help identify new sales opportunities. Stay updated on manufacturer products, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Assist with inventory management. Competencies

High school diploma required with 2 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline. Related experience should include a minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role and 2 years in customer service, public speaking, or a training role. Benefits
