Client Success & Sales Specialist
in our New York–based integrative health consulting and herbal medicine company. Our mission is to help clients live longer and better through our raw, organic liquid herbal medicine and integrative health consulting. Base Pay & Hours
Annual salary: $37,440–$72,800 (hourly $18–$35). Full‑time, in‑person position. Location & Availability
Bronxville, NY. Saturday or Sunday availability. Your own transport and driver’s license required. Your Role & Responsibilities
Open and close the retail store. Process in‑store and phone transactions. Answer calls using our online phone system. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client records across all systems. Gather client health histories and establish goals. Coordinate client communication with our consulting team. Ensure clients understand and follow consultant recommendations. Support client accountability and product compliance. Facilitate seamless communication between clients and the consulting team. Add clients to our email/text list and encourage app downloads for support. Promote NuSpecies’ marketing and advertising efforts in‑store. Maintain store inventory: weekly counts, report discrepancies, avoid losses. Maintain cleanliness of the store and work area. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years in customer‑facing support and sales, or in the health & wellness industry. Proficient with Apple OS or quick learner of software. A degree in science or nutrition, or certifications in health or life coaching. Strong attention to detail; capable of typing 50+ WPM. Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
