Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in healthcare account management, business development, provider relations, or revenue cycle management
MS Excel proficiency
Thrives in a metric-driven environment
Respectful interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to communicate concisely and politely
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Able to handle sensitive data
Residence within commuting distance of Farmers Branch, TX
Adaptable and strategic mindset with a client-first mentality
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
Successfully recover overpayments using a respectful and empathetic approach
Proactively reach out to providers, clearly explaining our services and reasons for refunds, professionally addressing objections, and presenting evidence as needed
Make providers feel heard while politely explaining the need for repayment
Maintain accurate case notes
Create positive relationships and build trust while meeting targets and driving success for our business and our clients
