We're seeking a Medical Provider Account Representative with a passion for provider relations, healthcare billing and coding analytics, SaaS solutions, and client success. In this outbound capacity you'll be the lifeblood of ClaimReturn, combining knowledge of provider revenue‑cycle management, relationship‑building and results‑driven performance.
What You'll Do
Own the full recovery‑cycle on a portfolio of Provider accounts and cases from initial contact through payment receipt, develop and drive for results
Proactively make phone calls, build trust‑based relationships and communicate with medical providers, displaying professionalism and empathy to facilitate a seamless recovery process, continually educating and collaborating with providers to deliver our service
Overcome obstacles and objections diplomatically using your healthcare knowledge and our supporting analytical documentation and coders
Adapt your communication style based on provider responsiveness and concerns
Maintain detailed records and case notes per account in the CRM
What You Bring Qualifications -
2-5 years of account management, business development, provider relations or revenue cycle management in Health Care
Bachelor's degree
MS Excel proficiency (you'll work with case data, tracking, filtering and reporting)
Exceptional interpersonal skills - you can build rapport quickly and maintain it under pressure

Adaptability in dynamic environments, comfortable navigating regulated environments and handling sensitive data

Work Environment & Schedule -
Location: On‑site in Farmers Branch, TX (100% in‑person collaboration)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekends, evenings, or holidays!
Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential to team success and achieving metrics
