Store Sales & Delivery Associate
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Details
Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (overtime & weekends as needed):
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities
Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications.
Learning about PPC Brands and how to help in a store.
Processing orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
Safely handling, loading and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment.
Supporting general store operations as needed.
Transporting products from our store to customers.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state where the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
