Store Sales Associate – Carmel, IN
Full‑time position with weekly pay and benefits. Starting Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour . Hiring immediately.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities
Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications.
Learn about PPC Brands and assist in a store setting.
Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment.
Support general store operations as needed.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
Customer service skills with a team‑oriented focus.
Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment‑based visa sponsorship.
