Store Sales Associate

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience.
Full‑time day shift with overtime and weekend work as needed.
Shift Schedule
Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 12pm
Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities
Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications.
Learning about PPC brands and assisting customers in the store.
Processing orders and payments via phone, in‑person, online, and email.
Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment.
Supporting general store operations as needed.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred hands‑on experience in delivery driving.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
Customer service skills with a team‑oriented focus.
Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
