Leasing Agent Join Lloyd Property Management as a Leasing Agent in Sioux Falls, SD. You will be the face of the company, responsible for leasing apartments and maintaining occupancy above 95%.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time ready to conquer the day!

Catch up on any missed leasing calls from the night before—responsiveness is important.

Be available for live leasing calls, making them a priority above all else.

Communicate with future residents by asking questions and making recommendations on available housing options.

Schedule in‑person tours (the best part of being a leasing agent!) and send virtual tours as requested.

Navigate multiple systems to find apartment availability, pricing, and information.

Use your Outlook calendar as your best friend—put everything on it and proactively plan your day, week, and month.

Follow up with your tours from the previous day, ensuring they received their link to apply and answer any outstanding questions.

Touch base with your pending applications to gather information such as renters’ insurance, pet information, and income verifications; notify them when their screening information is complete.

Brainstorm ideas to post on 334‑RENT’s TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Drive to your first tour location and prepare for the tour by walking the path, ensuring high curb appeal, and keeping the apartment sparkling clean.

Complete the tour by answering all questions, being friendly, helpful, and professional—remember, you are the face of the company!

Navigate the city to complete the rest of your tours, driving from one property to the next.

Email follow‑up information to all tours done that day, including links to apply.

Relay any information needed to the on‑site management teams of the properties you toured.

Treat everyone fairly and equally; it’s not only the law, but also the right thing to do.

Education & Experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
