Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors. Today, Koch Air, has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.
Do you like working with customers? Koch Air is seeking an experienced individual to join our Parts Counter in our Fenton branch. This role works directly with customers who purchase HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. The Parts Counter Team Member will be focused on will call and:
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone
Increase parts and supplies sales by soliciting for repeat orders, recommending, and educating customers on Koch Air’s full line of products or bringing in new customers
Monitor orders to ensure proper signatures, special information, and all required paperwork is supplied. Take proactive measures at initial order entry to ensure accuracy of all orders.
Process customer orders and provide product information as needed
Qualified candidates will have the following:
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years HVAC inside sales experience or 4 years HVAC Field experience or sales experience in a related industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
