Property Maintenance Technician – Peoria, AZ
American Capital Realty Group is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our large rental community located in Peoria, AZ 85382.
Job Description This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing the physical structures of the building and maintaining the grounds.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. AC certification not required.
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self‑directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision.
Detail‑oriented.
Able to work in a team environment and take direction.
Schedule is Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday and available for overtime, including weekends.
Must provide own tools.
Must be able to work independently for on‑call hours for maintenance emergencies.
