Job Description American Capital Realty Group, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Multi‑site Community Manager to join our team and manage two properties located in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is primarily responsible for effectively managing and coordinating people, activities and available resources in order to maximize the successful operation of the property, working with upper management on the company’s objectives, annual budget, and with corporate leadership to determine property operating objectives and plans to achieve them, developing the property team members to maximize performance, and taking a hands‑on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives as well as to facilitate the successful performance of others.
Our Ideal Candidate
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Have a positive attitude and keep a solution‑based and customer‑focused mindset at all times.
Take pride in the quality of work and attention to detail.
Professional in‑person and phone presence and etiquette.
Ability to make informed decisions easily and decisively.
Capacity to work with little to no supervision using effective time management and organizational skills.
Complete tasks and projects within deadlines.
Partner with the team to resolve issues and highlight opportunities.
Capable of building and maintaining effective and respectful working relationships with fellow employees, suppliers, and vendors.
