Retail Stocking Associate
Harbor Freight Tools is looking for a Retail Stocking Associate (part-time) to join our high performing team. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $16.50 per hour (based on location, skills, etc.)
Medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short‑term disability, 401(k) plan
Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays)
Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year (unless otherwise required by law)
Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 am–10 pm

What You’ll Do
Provide a great experience for our customers.
Receive, inspect, and stock product.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Who You Are
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift.
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP.
