Key Responsibilities
Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions following standard operating procedures and ensuring proper cash handling.
Use suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and address inquiries.
Support store merchandising, layout, recovery, general housekeeping, store layout maintenance, and fitting room areas.
Maintain product knowledge, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and store advertising.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs; climb a ladder as needed; distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
