Job Responsibilities:
Responding to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Sharing accurate and up-to-date details about the company's offerings.
Taking and processing customer orders, including calculating charges and billing.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel.
Working with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
Staying up-to-date on product and service knowledge and adapting to new technologies and processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage accurate records for customers.
Ability to stay organized.
