Account Executive at Ajulia Executive Search
Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and mentor high‑performing plant leadership teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs across all facilities.
Deploy automation and smart manufacturing technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
Identify operational constraints and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.
Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Promote and sustain a proactive, safety‑first culture across all operations.
Develop, manage, and optimize operating budgets and capital investment plans.
Achieve financial performance targets while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Define and execute manufacturing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Direct day‑to‑day operations across multiple plant locations, ensuring performance against output, quality, safety, and on‑time delivery KPIs.
Evaluate operational performance metrics and lead initiatives to drive efficiency gains and cost reduction.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Quality teams to align objectives and enhance processes.
Contribute to enterprise‑wide strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Provide leadership oversight for Global Purchasing of materials and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing industry.
Strong team building experience.
Ability to travel between facilities.
