Perform deed, easement, and property research and assist in the preparation of property mosaics to support boundary analysis and right‑of‑way mapping.

Collaborate closely with project managers, field crews, and other design disciplines to maintain alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule.

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation with related roadway design platforms.

Strong understanding of office‑based surveying practices, including processing of topographic field data and development of survey plans.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet established project deadlines.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience training, guiding, or supervising junior technicians.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with project teams and external stakeholders.

Experience working with state transportation agency standards preferred.

Experience processing or extracting LiDAR point cloud data is a plus.

Familiarity with survey adjustment software such as Starnet is a plus.
