Korte & Luitjohan Contractors of Highland is looking for someone who is a problem solver with a strong attention to detail to be a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in our shop. Our Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for safely diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining construction vehicles and equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, brake, fuel, and HVAC systems. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient job site operations. You will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling/disassembling components and servicing a variety of construction equipment.
This is a full-time, hourly position. Salary range is $32 to $38 per hour. K&L provides the tools for the job.
