Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of the sport/activity and demonstrate technical and tactical knowledge of the sport as well as the ability to motivate high school and/or middle school student athletes. Consideration shall be given to past coaching experience.

hold and be current with the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, Concussion Management, and Connecticut State Coaching Certification #600 Interscholastic/Intramural Permit.
