**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Background:**·

Candidates with experience and interest in bioinformatics analysis, such as RNAseq analysis and/or analysis of scRNAseq using Seurat, are preferred.* High level of motivation, responsibility and independence are expected.* The candidate should be able to successfully lead projects independently, while also contributing effectively as a collaborative team member.* High level of experimental reproducibility is required.* Strong problem-solving/troubling shooting ability is required.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.* Expert knowledge and use of computers, software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FlowJo).

**PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS**

**ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS**

Indoor area with frequent exposure Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature, and noise. Examples: patient care providers and laboratory technicians.

**HAZARDS OSHA**

Category 1 Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, and other potentially infectious materials.
