Online Banking Specialist II – Ogden, UT
Bank of Utah is seeking an Online Banking Specialist II to support clients with online banking products, Treasury Management services, and payment processing. The role is Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM at 2605 Washington Blvd, Ogden.
Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and timely.
Review and process online banking originated transactions including ACH, remote deposit capture, Zelle and bill payments.
Provide online banking technical and product support for both business and retail clients.
Answer inbound online banking and client service calls.
Maintain and monitor online banking relationships, including documentation, compliance and electronic storage of applicable documents.
Develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services.
Work well under pressure, remaining calm and courteous when handling complex calls and requests.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of comparable experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent phone client service skills and clear written communication.
Accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Proficient in Excel and basic knowledge of Word and other Microsoft systems.
Follow through on assignments and duties to ensure timely completion.
Ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
