Grow the agency through new business generation and cross‑selling to our existing customer base Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with prospects and policyholders Provide trusted guidance by offering tailored Allstate protection solutions Educate customers on how to protect their families, assets, and future Deliver a consistently positive, professional customer experience Who You Are — Required Qualifications:
Currently licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health preferred) At least 2 years of proven Allstate insurance sales experience Additional qualities:
