What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs

Proactively engage with dental laboratory customers to drive sales of various dental products

Conduct face‑to‑face interactions for account management and business development

Utilize company tools and analytics to increase market share in lab consumable products

Collaborate with tele‑sales and technical support teams to maximize sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

0 to 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in dental or lab sales

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong decision‑making, analysis, and problem‑solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Previous experience in dental or lab sales is a plus

Demonstrated ability to engage customers proactively

Strong negotiation skills and a proactive sales approach

Willingness to learn new products and techniques
