Position Overview This position plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence PACE Irvington Village Assisted Living. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible, living in the community through clinics, home visits, and more. Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and direct therapeutic group activities, discussions, and related recreational services.
Participate in activities to enhance resident engagement and well-being.
Maintain program schedules, documentation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care plans.
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of a DHS criminal background check (and fingerprinting if required by location).
Experience leading therapeutic group activities, discussions, and related services.
Preferred Qualifications
Activity professional certification or related coursework/training.
Experience in participant assessments and care planning.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $21.16 – $32.37 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
