LA LUCHA SOUS CHEF – UP TO $70K/yr. + BONUS (Heights)
Join Rocket Farm Restaurants as a Sous Chef in our high-energy, funky La Lucha location in Heights. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience, with a generous quarterly bonus program.

In this role, you will manage hourly back‑of‑house staff and assist in day‑to‑day kitchen operations, including production, prep, special and private events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. You will lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef, ensuring food is prepared and presented to guests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
3+ years of progressive culinary experience, with at least one in a Lead Cook or Sous Chef position.
Strong knowledge of cooking methods and preparation techniques.
Natural leader who can efficiently delegate, maintain a cohesive team, and remain calm under pressure.
