Spieldenner Group . Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for a business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives by bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and schedule a meeting to discuss mortgage protection options.
Research: 4-5 hours per week – dig into client‑provided information to customize options that meet financial needs in the event of death or disability.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meet with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
What We Do We serve people: Every week, we sit with our clients (in person or virtually) and take a deep dive into their financial situation.
We protect our clients: We partner with top‑rated insurance companies to customize a plan that provides a personalized solution protecting their largest asset – the ability to make an income.
We grow: We are a personal development company that just happens to sell insurance. We strive to make a generational impact in the lives of our clients, agents, and community.
Requirements Skill set isn’t everything. Entry‑level is accepted. We look for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Passion for people is a MUST.
Compensation This position is commission‑only based. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. A full‑time agent is expected to sell 5 to 10 plans per week. Uncapped commission, competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are part of the package.
