We are looking for a motivated leader with a strong background in sales, who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment, and is excited about the opportunity to coach and develop a high‑performing team while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and grow a residential sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.

Co‑coach, train, and support team members through evaluations, side‑by‑side field visits, and regular accountability sessions to drive ongoing development.

Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement effective sales strategies, tools, and performance standards.

Analyze business data and reports to identify trends, track KPIs, and guide decision‑making.

Ensure compliance with company policies and the proper use of sales materials and tools.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports for strategic planning meetings with executive leadership.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience (sales team leadership preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.

Experience in coaching, sales training, and performance development.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards.
