Role Overview We are seeking a motivated professional to originate and manage residential mortgage loans, with a focus on Non-Qualified Mortgage (Non-QM) programs and investment property financing for 1-4 unit multifamily residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping investors and self-employed borrowers achieve their goals through innovative lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and manage mortgage loans, specializing in Non-QM programs and investment property financing.

Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and referral partners.

Guide clients through the loan process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from application to closing.

Analyze borrower profiles and structure creative financing solutions using alternative documentation, DSCR, and portfolio lending programs.

Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and Non-QM product offerings.

Meet and exceed production goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or similar role.

Strong background in mortgage lending combined with sales experience (e.g., inside/outside sales, financial services, or real estate).

Knowledge of Non-QM products (bank statement loans, DSCR, asset depletion) is a plus, but training will be provided.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

NMLS license required (or ability to obtain).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
