Our client is seeking
Call Center Representatives
to join their team at a public utilities call center in the Richmond area. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and requests related to essential utility services. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls regarding
gas, water, trash, wastewater, and streetlight services . Assist customers with
billing inquiries ,
starting or stopping services , and
reporting issues . Make outbound calls to follow up on previous requests and ensure resolution. Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the system. Provide clear, courteous, and professional communication to resolve customer concerns promptly. Qualifications
Previous experience in
customer service
or
call center environment
preferred. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to navigate computer systems and maintain accurate records. Problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required. Base Pay Range
$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr Employment Details
