Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and update job notes appropriately

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Skills

Strong communication, both written and verbal

Strong time management and organizational skills

Adaptability and flexibility

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Computer literacy

Ability to type 35 wpm

Ability to sit for long periods of time

This is a Full time, Monday-Friday 9a-6p, position.

Monday-Friday 8a-5p during training.

We are looking to hire by the first week of January 2026.
