What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.
Responsibilities
customer maintenance and support towards sales quotas
order fulfillment and pipeline management
communication with customers that submit online orders
assistance with order escalation and urgent matters
pipeline work, specifically catered to high priority accounts
prioritize orders based on sales team and customer needs
assist with Territory Management while TBM is on PTO/in the field visiting with accounts
Place outbound calls to patient if there are delays, they have not been reached, or a key account we are trying to close
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer complaints, and optimize sales processes.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with sales teams, customers, and cross‑functional departments.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service, product management) to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
A strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective sales operations initiatives and excellent service.

Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
Applies judgment within defined parameters
Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
Anticipated hourly range:
$33.00 per hour - $42.39 per hour + incentive plan eligibility
