Job Summary This is an entry‑level lending position that is responsible for assisting the lending officer. The main job function is to prepare and process multiple types of loan documents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Interview members to assist and obtain personal and financial data for consumer loan and credit card applications.
Notify applicants by mail, telephone, or in person of acceptance or rejection.
Provide assistance in inputting data into the computer, recording information as required, answering phones, photocopying, faxing, and other routine duties as needed.
Assist departmental staff in processing various activities involved in credit granting and perform additional duties as assigned.
Process and perfect DMV documentation.
Collect all required documentation for the loan.
Interpersonal Skills

Social skills and problem solving.
Other Skills
Active communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong character.
Computer literate.
Ability to multi‑task at a fast pace.
Willing to work at different branches.
