The Data Entry Clerk performs data entry of information to maintain the company’s database through its software. We are seeking customer‑service oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
CBA Position Position Subject To Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Compensation $18.00 per hour.

Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly (full‑time) / 5 hrs monthly (part‑time)

Key Responsibilities
Trapeze MDT and AVL data: review available estimated and actual times within Trapeze and fill in the blanks.
Data entry of odometer readings and system‑generated estimated travel miles.
Data entry of times and odometer readings in Trapeze.
Review available distance traveled and odometer readings.
Review system‑generated estimated times; perform other duties as required.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks to ensure all contractual and legal mandates are met.
Input and extract data from manifests for management and client reporting.
Take initiative to perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Some college coursework preferred.
Minimum of one‑year related work experience.
Working knowledge of database systems and keyboard‑based data entry.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to use and master specialty transit‑related software programs.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
Employee will spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Drug‑free Workplace Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.) and must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
