Job Summary Responsible primarily for maintenance of medical records and patient information, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding, and complying with LCDF policies. Also assists with front‑office functions, providing effective customer service to patients at the assigned clinic.

Job Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent, and/or completion of a medical terminology course
One‑year experience in a records department preferred
Ability to work in a high‑stress environment
